Erina Heights Vets have been my
vet hospital of choice since 1986.
Michael and his team at EHVH have
treated my dogs since then, first with
my Border Collie and her pups and now
with my Poodle cross. The vets and
nursing staff are always professional,
knowledgeable and caring and I can
highly recommend them to anyone who
cares about the welfare of their pet.
They go the extra mile to ensure all
treatment is of the highest standard
along with keeping me up to date with
news and required appointments. And the
puppy preschool was very informative
with lots of cute fun!
P.S. In the
last year my Poodle cross has had 2
cruciate ligament surgeries. We were
lucky that EHVH could handle this type
of surgery and both times she had
recovered quickly ... and is still
going well.

I had to send you this email to let
you know how impressed my husband and I
are with your lovely vet nurse Leah. We
have finished our puppy class with Lexie
as of tonight, and with the wealth of
patience, knowledge, help and
assistance, Leah has helped this puppy
class so much!!! Nothing is too much for
this lovely nurse, she treats your
surgery as if it's her own, her
confidence is amazing and the compassion
she shows is outstanding!
We are
relatively new to your surgery, and each
time we have arrived at your practice,
all of your nurses greet me and my pets
with such warmth and kindness, and the
information and checkups they do for my
pets is unbelievable. Not only do you
have a state of the art surgery, you too
have the state of the art nurses, they
are a credit to you, and I tell friends
and people I meet how great your surgery
is.
Please thank Leah for her
wonderful puppy classes, and also thank
your lovely team of nurses for all their
warmth, help and advice given to me,
whether it's by phone or upon arrival,
it doesn't go unnoticed, they're all
incredible girls. Your vets are the best
too, we have not seen one vet that makes
you feel unwelcome, and they all really
know their job, I am so happy to have
found your practice. You people are
amazing!!!

Firstly, I want to thank you all so
very much for the outstanding treatment
and care for my beloved poodle
'Bella'. Bella was almost back to her
normal self the same day of the
operation. This morning she was playing
and acting like a new dog! I have been
inundated with lots of kisses which has
been reciprocated now as her breath does
not smell, at all. The lovely
receptionist Leah, was most kind and
helpful too. The phone call during the
operation and text message after was
such a relief to be well informed. So I
just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU
from our family to you for making our
third child (Bella) a new and happy
girl. I will highly recommend you, if
anyone needs a great team of vets.
