Cert lV Veterinary Nurse

Amanda moved to the Central Coast and joined the EHVH team in 2018 with a wealth of knowledge after working in a small animal practice in the Hunter Valley for 11 years. She gained her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at Kurri Kurri TAFE in 2007 and completed a Diploma of Veterinary Nursing in Emergency and Critical Care in 2019, whilst also putting those skills to the test by working at a local emergency after hours clinic.

Her passions are emergency and critical care, medical and hospital nursing, and pocket pets. Amanda is an advocate for our furry pocket pet friends with her own rabbit babies – ‘Cinnabun’ & ‘Hop Scotch’. When she isn’t working, she spends time with her husband and baby girl Adaline, watching the NRL and playing netball.
