Payment Options
New clients are respectfully advised that our practice does not operate on an account basis. Payment is required in full at the end of the consultation or discharge from the hospital. Our team will happily provide you with any cost estimates. A deposit is required for procedures which exceed $500.
In addition to cash, credit card, EFTPOS and Amex payment methods (cheques not accepted), we have a number of buy-now, pay-later options including ZipPay, ZipMoney, AfterPay and VetPay.

Pet insurance like other insurances is there to protect you against significant unexpected costs related to your pets health care, most commonly if you pet suffers a serious illness or is injured in an accident.
